Susan's Gourmet Shop has been proudly serving the Lehigh Valley for over eighteen years. Susan's presently operates a deli-style restaurant located at 198 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem. The owners Kathleen Stoudt and Jodi Thompson purchased the business in June 2004. Kathy and Jodi are hands-on owner/operators dedicated to friendly professional service with the highest quality standards at a reasonable cost.

Susan's is a well-known caterer in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas specializing in corporate catering, weddings and parties of all sizes. We are a full service caterer with professional servers and chefs available. Our knowledgeable catering coordinators will work with you to plan your event to fit your style and budget.

Chef Allen Singer
Executive Chef Allen Singer has been with Susan's for thirteen years. He previously worked at Suzanne's Wine Bar and Catering in Washington, D.C. Chef Allen designs menus focusing on fresh seasonal ingredients with unique and traditional dishes prepared with care. He has had the honor of preparing meals for two United States Presidents.
